Refund policy
At PadelOne, we want your shopping experience to be excellent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer several return options tailored to your country of residence.
Right of Return: 15 Days (By Law)
All customers, regardless of their country of residence, have the right to request a return within 15 calendar days from the date the order is received.
Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received: new, unused, unopened, with original tags and intact packaging.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Once your request is received, we will send you detailed instructions to complete the process, including the return shipping address.
Important Information
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If the product is broken, defective, or incorrect, PadelOne will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a free replacement or a full refund, according to the customer’s preference.
Note: We recommend contacting us before returning to ensure faster processing, but returns will still be processed if they meet the conditions.
Extended Return Policy: Up to 90 Days
In addition to the legally required 15-day return period, we offer a commercial extended return policy of up to 90 days from the date the product is received, provided that:
- The product has not been opened or used.
- It remains in perfect condition, with the original sealed packaging.
- The proof of purchase is included.
This extended policy applies to all countries and is an exclusive added value offered by our store. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to their digital nature, PDF files are non-returnable under any circumstances, whether they have been downloaded or not.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases:
- PadelOne will cover the return shipping costs.
- You will receive a new product at no additional cost or a full refund, according to your preference.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at: padeloneshopp@gmail.com
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
