Shipping policy
At PadelOne, we work to ensure that your order arrives on time and in proper condition, in compliance with the applicable legal and commercial standards in each country.
Order Preparation
All orders placed on tupadelone.com are processed and prepared within a maximum of 4 business days from payment confirmation.
- Business days: Monday through Friday (excluding local and national holidays in Spain).
- In the event of preparation delays due to force majeure (such as strikes, logistical issues, etc.), the customer will be informed by email and may choose to wait, modify, or cancel the order without penalty.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery time is 9 business days from the completion of the order preparation process.
Summary:
- Total estimated time from purchase: up to 13 business days (4 for preparation + 9 for shipping).
- The customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
- Shipments are sent from: Barcelona, Spain.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the type of product.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Carriers
We work with trusted international logistics providers. While customers cannot select a specific carrier, we guarantee secure delivery with tracking availability.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery absence, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs required to resend the order.
Undelivered Orders / Lost in Transit
If an order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, the customer must contact us at padeloneshopp@gmail.com to file a claim.
Once the issue has been verified with the shipping carrier, we will offer the customer either:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
- A full refund of the order (at the customer’s choice),
provided that no negligence on the part of the recipient is proven.
Exceptional Delays
During periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special product launches), delivery times may be affected. In such cases, we will clearly inform customers of potential delays before checkout.
